An accident like this is possible, but highly unlikely.

Usually when it does it's because some dumbass was using the "no thumbs suicide grip".

I never ude that grip, and I never attempt any weight alone unless I'm pretty sure I can make it easily.

I learned that the hard way by having to roll a weighted barbell from my chest down to my thighs, leaving myself black and blue all the way. Then there's always the "dump" but I never use that because I don't want to fuck up the floor of my utility room.

I figure this Dude had a professional Clintonista hit man as a spotter. :D

I'm going to keep throwing shit at Hillary until something sticks. ;)
