I don't know if I'd put a whole lotta faith in that poll. Early days and all.

So you keep saying. The election is 6 months away now. When exactly will it stop being early days?

It's certainly early in the presidential election while late in the primaries... or am I missing something? (see John, I gave you the perfect opening, :))

You didn't answer the question.

A lot of political water yet to go over the dam, anything could change on either side or elsewhere.
Stay tuned.

When Bernie suspends his campaign and endorses the frontrunner. At the close of the polls in California appears to be his latest deadline for wrapping it up and I'm cool with that.

The reason I don't put much faith in that poll is that it was polling likely voters in Georgia and wasn't a nationwide poll.

Boreas 05-09-2016 10:19 AM

Trump 41%, Clinton 39%.

Wrong poll.

And I had it backward. The anti-Trump vote is 46% and the anti-Clinton vote is 47%.

I didn't?

I answered more than the question.

I not only indicated that it was early in the presidential election but late in the primary campaigns.

How could I be more clear?

so you want a specific date.... I did not realize that. I do not have a specific date. I am not a politician or student of political science. I am but a simple poster on a left wing board with some centrist views. :o

Then it would have been better if you hadn't replied to a post that wasn't addressed to you in the first place.

why? because I supported what Bob had said? (if I recall what this nonsense is about)

I can't make a post agreeing or disrupting a previous poster? I must sit in a corner and wait to be spoken to?

Listen, I don't hate Trump. It's just not a big deal or at least should not be.

I don't need to agree with you politically to get along with you, sadly the same seems not to be true of you.

I mean this sincerely, I am very sad to see a political divide can change a person so.

Behavior is very situational.

But, such girlish emotion!

Good post! Not so much in execution but in intent.

As to the nuts and bolts of this post, an alpha male is often disappointed in one of the pack, it is not a girly trait. It is one of considered rebuke. :D

(how is that for a crock of shi%?):p

I think you are very much wrong here to comment on one's personality reading their posts on politics. Politics is discourse through arguments. :)

Just look at how fast the tone changes when the posts are non-political.

when you feel the malice, it is fair to comment... IMO

I respect that you feel diffidently.
