Obie says obamacare can't be stopped even after he's out of office because it's the law of the land. Well, our 2'd rights say shall not be infringed.. and that is law of the land too. But they sure as shit seem to ignore that when they feel like trying to butcher that part of the law of the land.

Sebillius and Dan Rooney, Owner of the Pittsbugh Steelers, hosted an Obamacare educational event yesterdays in Pittsburgh. A "crowd" of barely 100 people showed up, and they couldn't get anyone enrolled on the site due to "glitches". Hillarious.

Thank-you for the report on your emotional states of satisfaction and amusement.

All depends on how you stop it.

Stopped by just defying the law? Not good.

Stopped by defunding lots of stuff until everyone agrees to stop it, bad.

Stopped by passing a new law to do it through both House and Senate, with signature of president, OK.

If you think 'Obie' asserted that the third can't be done, get me the quote.

Oh I'm just not over the fact that he said it had to be passed before reading what was in it. Thats just bad that anyone would vote to pass a bill before fully understanding what they were going to get ( or better force the people into accepting no matter what's inside ). That would be like someone saying ''send me 10,000.00 and I'll send you a box with something good inside ''. But the person who sends the money shouldn't get upset if they receive a box with only a condom inside. Both are dirty as hell, but ordinary folks would go to jail for shit like that.

You're welcome.

40,000 people have signed up in New York

If it becomes a hit in New York and California it will eventually seep into the rest of the nation.

If Obamacare were Romneycare, would we have a government shutdown?

Except you couldn't. I wonder why?

Shit, you guys couldn't even elect a war hero in '08. Must've been Palin's fault.;)

Who tapped that loonie to be his VP? The RNC and Grumpie McCain did, thinking they might be running against Hillary Clinton and any bimbo quitter was good enuf for them.
Now do you see why virtually no one respects the Republican party anymore? WSJ/NBC poll should be clear enough for you, 70% of the country thinks that the 'Pubbies put party over country.

I understand what they were doing, pulling a junior politician onto the ticket. Against Hillary, she's a she, against Obama, well on their ticket the juniors' at the top.

Should've been brilliant.

Pete
