Innovations in health care are independent of the delivery of health care services, dimwit. Both my daughter and her husband are biomedical engineers involved in the design of pacemakers and renal implant devices, but their companies (Boston Scientific and Medtronic) don't deliver health care. For that matter, some of the greatest advances in modern medicine (e.g., medical imaging, advanced diagnostics, pharmaceuticals) have been done in Germany, a country with socialized medicine.

You are one confused puppy. Trump is fortunate to have logic-challenged lemmings like you on board with him, despite his manifest incompetence and corruption.

Yet the current incompetent administration is making noises about nationalizing 5G. Yeah, that’ll work. And you will be right there leading the cheers. Moron.

BULLSHIT. Delivery of care is an absolute target for disruption and innovation as I've detailed in this thread. You're the confused puppy. Woof.

Every country in the developed world already know hows to deliver health care at about half the price we do (and with better outcomes). We don't need to innovate in this area. We need to imitate.

Not only half the price.... but with better outcomes.

Fixed. Thanks.

Innovation is code word for privatization.

Well, that was a spectacularly lame answer. Apparently you have no new ideas here, just use what works for the rest of the world. Never mind that they're no proof that copying - for example - Germany's health care system (a country you seem enamored with) would have any merit. Health care coverage (as in universal coverage) doesn't mean that it would be delivered in a cost effective manner in the US.

I lived there 11 years, still have many friends there, and go back every 2-3 years.

Therefore, "public" or "socialized" is a code word for regression.
