Nonsense. He’s admitted that his (and other economists’) models weren’t 100% accurate re some of the impacts of globalization. Do you know of ANY model that can predict the future with 100% accuracy? Weather models, e.g.?

Krugman is still infinitely more qualified than anyone in the current administration, where cabinet level “economists” have no training whatsoever in economics.

Donny’s trade wars are proving to be disastrous. He will eventually simply give up, return to business as usual, and declare “victory”, as he always does. He’s completely useless.

Krugman was arrogant. I think you need to check Stiglitz.
Economist such as David Autor has forced Krugman to accept some light.

What is startling to me is that it took Krugman so long to recognize, acknowledge hyperglobalization.

A schoolboy could see that.

I don't like this term 'hyperglobalization.' Isn't putting the hype in is just a case of labliing globalization 'doubleplus ungood?'

Once again, you are doing exactly what Donny does - saying you know know more than the actual experts do. You don't, to put it simply.

It is more to convey velocity and scope.

Why Stocks Will Plunge 18% by Year-End Despite Fed Rate Cuts

https://www.investopedia.com/why-sto...e-cuts-4774639

KEY TAKEAWAYS
A recession in 2020 is increasingly likely, as is a selloff in stocks.

Stock prices have been climbing despite weak earnings.

The impact of rate cuts by the Fed on the economy is diminishing

Very bad new for Donny

Coal Jobs Are About to Take Another Hit

https://finance.yahoo.com/news/coal-...110004858.html

Clean, beautiful coal! Donny promised the miners would keep their jobs, and, despite all evidence to the contrary, they believed him and voted for him. Will they be ignorant enough to repeat their disastrous vote? Sad!
