Do you mean other than 100% documenting that Brown was violent, a threat, and about to become loose in the neighborhood (even if he hadn't charged Wilson)?

You make the point I made, but you go a bit further. We have everyone agreeing that there was an altercation through the car window, and we have forensic evidence of shots fired in the car. We only have Wilson's report, however, to suggest that Brown reached for Wilson's gun. That part is possible, but it is not necessary to explain the blood on the weapon.

Spin. The blood documents that Brown was wounded. Period.
The other things may or may not be true, but the blood is silent about them.

Zeke for me I see it even worse. Over in Europe the authorities have allowed protests to go far beyond the pale imo, they seem to tolerate looting and burning. I'm dead set against that and this seems to be related to that. People seem to feel sorry for the bad guys and think it makes us more civilized. I think it's crass and makes for an uglier society.

2) in the street. Accounts vary as to just how this went, but certainly blood that was already on the gun can shed no light on this.

I get confused about all these "stages". Michael Brown jumped on Darren Wilson through a car window? And then in the street, when Brown was surrendering or taking another run at Wilson. Accounts vary indeed.
But according to the radio news this morning, Melnick's report says something else. It says all of Browns wounds were "close range" wounds. I hadn't heard that before. So perhaps Michael Brown never disengaged at all?

Depends upon how "close" and "disengaged" is defined but even early accounts indicate that everything took place within the span of two car lengths.
It would seem to me that even the most loose definitions of either place Wilson deep within the pickle barrel of in peril.
That's all it takes.

That's sort of like saying I have ignored requests to prove that water is wet.
I am sure you can fathom at least a single situation where the use of deadly force is warranted in the damning hypothetical you keep trying to generate.
Am I crediting you too much?

Where is Wilson's explanation about why he fired those rounds after he left the car? That is the side of the story that can mollify the inherent unease about race here at PC.
Where is the Great White Witness? When will he/she be revealed to us? When will they publicly give face to all those "I am Daren Wilson" wrist band wearing supporters of truth and justice and law and order i.e. Ferguson's Finest?
Zeke on that day your I Told You So Post will be much read and +1'ed!

That's not going to happen.
The fix is in, Wilson is going to walk.
And another Cop gets away with a street execution.
