Just to be hyper-technical about the title of this thread, Citizens United cannot be repealed. It is a decision made by the SCOTUS on its interpretation of the Constitution. A differently composed Court could determine at some point that it was wrongly decided and overturn it, but I wouldn't count on that. The real legislative-ish way to overturn it is with a constitutional amendment that deprives corporations of their fictional status as persons. There are those promoting that very thing.

Regards,

D-Ray

Yeah, I'm not surprised too much. One needs something to blame I suppose.

I blame Romney

Barney, you should tell him there's no way that decision's going to get overturned :sneaky:

I've heard this too. Along with a host of other nefarious "reasons" why they lost.

It can't be that no one really liked Romney in the first place, or that America has been listening to the GOP message and the Rove machines divisive hyperbole for the last thirty years and has grown tired of it, Noooooooooo. Anything but that.

Regards,
Dave
