Same reason I don't belong to most organizations-----I either don't care, or they seem to be doing fine without my help.
However, I have visited their website many a time and I do like them even when they champion a cause I don't care for. See, that's how fighting for constitutional rights is. Sometimes it pisses you off to have to admit someone has a right to be an ass.

I think I might just do that.
This body strip ruling from our justices has really caught attention.

How bad can they be?
My liberal buddy, the barrister, pointed out that they backed the Ku Klux Klan, and not that long ago.
At least they're free thinkers.

They defended the Klans right to demonstrate on public property. I'm pretty sure the ACLU has no love for the Klan, however. They'll defend anyone they believe has a constitutional case.

If you don't want to give them your email adress, just leave the "required field" empty and click "submit". Then the next page pops up, just click "cancel".

I don't think hardly anyone has much love for the Klan.
