I think some of what this bill is addressing is the fear of what can happen after the Comcast/NBC merger. For example, will Comcast limit broadband transmission of its shows on any ISP other than themselves or will it degrade transmission speed of shows other than those produced by NBC?

This is a new frontier that I cannot claim to fully understand.

Maybe. The other problem, of course, is that other then Sunday Night Football, I can't think of a show in NBC that I go out of my way to watch. If Comcast reduces speed on other non-NBC content, other ISP's could drop NBC content all together. I wonder if anyone would notice?

So, how does all of this affect internet porn?

'Cuz that's all I really care about anyhow.

It was humor.

The day Obama was elected I saw a man on the telly (I'm trying to learn "proper English" as Karl calls it.) screaming, "Just don't take my guns, you can do whatever else you want, just don't take my guns!" Now, that's a man with wide vision, right there.

As a side note, there has not been a single word uttered about any further gun control by the current administration.
But there are people here who are still convinced that this is part of "The Plan"...................

Careful now Dogman, or Big Sis will be comin' for ya.

I think the SPLC has already marked you house on their hate map...better take that Gadsden Flag down.

You KNOW how unamerican THAT is!!!

Chas

BTW, if I were you, I'd put a stuffed unicorn in the front yard and rig 'em up so he blew soap bubbles out of his ass. That might throw 'em off long enough to give ya time to escape out a back window!!!
