The article says exactly what he was charged with.

Maybe the he frightened the cop, forcing him to invoke SYG? But the cop chose not to.

He sat in a bar and had one drink, bar tender felt he got drunk and called airport police. They charged him with a misdemeanor because he allegedly became combative and refused to cooperate with police.

So ya questioning police must be a crime, most likely the charges will be dropped.

Before joining Fox, Jarrett was an anchor and correspondent for MSNBC and had worked for Court TV. He has a law degree.

Working for Faux news in itself should be considered a crime and the man should be locked up.

Cop probably heard him say he's from Fox and wanted to beat him to a bloody pulp, but decided it would only fuel the fire. Better to just charge the obnoxious asshole with a misdemeanor........

I know that's how it would be if I were a cop. I'd want to nail his tongue to the bar and kick him in the sack until his eyeballs popped out his empty head.
