There's no "hate crime" here, so not sure how that's relevant.

Religious views have been used for millennia to promote hatred against the "other," be it in terms of slavery, race, religion or national origin. In fact, such tactics are your Dear Leader's stock and trade, something you seem blissfully ignorant of while at the same time defending it.

Not an apt comparison, really. In the "cake" case, the state was actually attempting compel an individual to act in a way that was inconsistent with their religious convictions. In fact, in the cake case, the SCOTUS observed that members of the CO Civil Rights commission made comments that reflected religious bias / animosity.
So, the more amp comparison in the cake case would be denying an individual the right to religious expression, such as the Jesuits Act 1584, where the crown told Catholics to leave the country or face charges of treason.

Interestingly, in the Red Hen case, the owner was objecting to SHS's and Trump's behavior which violates at least three of the Ten Commandments (lying, stealing, and adultery), whereas the Ten Commandments are silent on gay marriage.

Trump’s Roach-Infested Restaurants Are Vile Compared to the Red Hen
Anyone surprised? His vile attacks on the Red Hen are just more lies from the twitler in chief.

But hey, that's life in lefty America.

Turns out her boss will do plenty of whining for her, in addition to her Twitter whining. And of course she will continue to lie to the cameras for him which cements her ni integrity, no honesty rep.

Fuck their religious convictions. Fuck your religious convictions. It's not like any religious convictions you might have get in the way of your support of a degenerate lying kidnapper, and his co-conspirators in the United States Congress.

Apparently the Trump's Mar-a-Lago has the record for most health inspection infractions in Florida state history.
