There is more. Fiscal conservative, religious conservative, social conservative. And there is the Tea Sippers and the Patriots who are a confused and brainwashed lot. I put them all in different groups. For liberals, there is really only one group and that's why it's a big tent. For example, I am a fiscally conservative liberal.

Precisely. I am a business owner. One studies both spending cuts and revenue enhancements and come up with a plan that encompasses both. If all you can do is cut spending, eventually you have nothing left to spend.

Same applies to governments. But the GOP only understands cuts, specifically two types. But you see these guys get paid anyway with benefits, not so in the private sector.

At GAO TQM told us to do more with less which eventually gets you to do everything for nothing.
