US Judge Beryl Howell grants default judgement to election workers Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss in defamation suit against former Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani, including default judgement for punitive damage and attorneys fees.

Wow. Judge Howell is doing some real judging now. Guilaini will be sucked dry! Looks like justice to me. The harm to innocent parties performing honest public service as ordinary front-line workers demands redress. They were powerless, but the law is their power!

The judge is simply refusing to brook Rudy's nonsense when it comes to discovery of his financial resources (which he has actively tried to hide from the court for months and for which he has already been fined ~$132k). When will lawyers and others realize that siding with Trump will result in them going broke or getting imprisoned?

About time his lies begin to cost him some serious money. This may not go anywhere, but love to see yet another black woman pushing his buttons.
