Enforcement will be spotty. I expect this is coming from the 'old men' of the gang culture--guys pushing 30, some even older. The 18 and under won't be on board with this shit much.

The old guys get to do gigs with media and universities and stuff with this sort of thing.

It occurs to me that republicans seem to view black, Mexican, LGBT, Muslims and poor people in the same light as Nazi Germans once viewed Jewish people. We must be vigilant that it goes no further.

What I really think of this is that this stuff is already in the "guy code".

Except for underclass gangsters the guy code does not 'go without saying.' Nor for various others. Think Dyllan Roof.
