President Donald Trump's personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani personally voted in the 2020 election using a voting method he publicly disparaged and bashed in his attempts to overthrow the presidential election results, a CNN KFile investigation has found.

Giuliani, the former mayor of New York City, voted in Manhattan by an affidavit ballot, also known as a provisional ballot, after his name did not appear on the voter rolls when he showed up to vote.

According to records obtained by CNN's KFile, Giuliani's registration was moved to his Long Island home in August and his registration in New York City was purged in September. Giuliani told CNN he did not know why his registration was moved to his Long Island home in August and contested that he changed his registration at all.

Trump Justice Department Sought to Block Search of Giuliani Records
Manhattan prosecutors had been prepared to seek a search warrant for electronic records related to powerful Ukrainians who had helped Rudolph Giuliani dig for dirt on the Biden family.

The opposition rankled both the Manhattan prosecutors and some career officials in Washington, who questioned whether senior officials were treating all politically sensitive investigations equally after the election. While Manhattan prosecutors still faced opposition to examining Mr. Giuliani’s records, federal prosecutors in Delaware were allowed to issue subpoenas for a tax investigation into Mr. Biden’s son, Hunter Biden.

And while the political appointees were skeptical that there was enough evidence to charge Mr. Giuliani, the career officials involved felt there was sufficient reason to believe that the search would turn up evidence of a crime, the legal standard to obtain a warrant.

After evading attempts for weeks by a civil process server that included being “pursued over state lines,” ex-Donald Trump lawyer Sidney Powell was served with a $1.3 billion lawsuit at her Biltmore Forest home, near Asheville, according to recently filed court papers by Dominion Voting Systems.

Dominion filed the defamation lawsuit against Powell Jan. 8 in U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. But attempts to officially serve the Texas-based attorney with the summons took until Jan. 28, said attorneys for the company.

“Powell evaded service of process for weeks, forcing Dominion to incur unnecessary expenses for extraordinary measures to effect service, including hiring private investigators and pursuing Powell across state lines,” according to a Feb. 9 answer to Powell’s request for more time to respond to the complaint.

Are Republicans humans?
Exobiologists have long held that Republicans are aliens from outer space disguised as humans.
You don’t have to be a rocket scientist to understand that the science is settled. Republicans don’t care about humans. They can’t themselves be humans.
Nor do Republicans demonstrate that they possess the defining characteristic of human beings. The exobiologists point out that the definition of “man” is “a rational animal.” They emphasize that the specific difference that separates humans from every other species in the animal genus is the use of reason.
Republicans don’t use reason, which is evident from what they call “truth.” For Republicans truth is not based on either facts or reason. Instead is based on anything they can use to attain power.
To not use the highest human faculty provides proof that Republicans are not humans.
The jury is still out, however, on whether Republicans are aliens from outer space or if they represent a sub-human species that resulted from a yet-to-be-explained “accident” in the evolutionary process that accounts for life on Earth, as opposed to extraterrestrial life.

This logic is now being used by the GQP faithful to attack Trump's impeachment in the Senate after he had vacated the presidency. Impeach Hillary Clinton for Benghazi though I fail to see how she was culpable. Its neither logic nor reason but whataboutism.

The ultimate in trumper logic is the claim that there was election fraud. When you point out that every state certified their votes and over 60 election fraud court cases were thrown out, the response always is "well no one looked for fraud".
