I dont know if it has been bought up ,sure it has, butcant the goverment regulate what a company charges,I know that probaly opens another can of worms.but should it not be All or noting type of program from the Goverment.I hope I dont get you all confussed but I am Trying to grasp this.I took it for granted since me and the wife had all our ducks in a row.I know when My wife initaily got on medicare I was getting all the info I could on state run orginazations to supplement medicare, and I got lucky and found one that picked up after medicare.I just cant get how the American people let healthcare not become more of an issue till now.

Yes. One good way to do it is to enact a single payer system. Tell them what you'll pay and that's that. But we couldn't do that, because it's "So************************t". So we went with the Nixon plan, which apparently, is now "So************************t" too. It wasn't when a Republican proposed it. But it is, now that a Democrat enacted it.

Three new studies showing the success that is the ACA, except those red states that have refused the Medicaid expansion. There are 5+ millions of Americans still denied basic healthcare for purely partisan political aims in these Republican controlled red states.
