He must have broken the code, that widespread bribery is responsible for the continued flow of illegal drugs into America.

Within a month, 99% of it would be hauled to the dump because it was worthless. And the cartels wold be out of the wild tomato plant business for good.

I think that instead of hauling it to the dump it would be again become fully utilized for Rope making, using the fiber for clothing, ETC. anything that can decrease our reliance to the Oil companies will benefit us all! and you can cop a wicked buzz!!
