Per this article, the mystery sub was well inside of Swedish territorial waters. And their fighter jets have been getting pretty provocative, sometimes with transponders switched off, as far away as Portugal.

Failure to find the phantom sub after extensive search and news noise will be followed by many speculative articles to prove the contrary.

There was a Russian "trawler" inexplicably going in circles in the water above the phantom sub siting. There plenty of history of Russia doing this sort of silly shit in the same area.

And as I've come to expect for you, more sucking up to Putin. You dig his man-boobs or something?

Yeah, right. Must've been those pesky Estonians trying to make Vlad look bad...

Over the years I learn to recognise headline news.

McCain blames Merkel for appeasement policy in Ukraine. Merkel and Hollande in Moscow do anything possible in order to improve the situation. Mr. McCain better should shut up.

Most of us on this side of the pond would like nothing better than having McCain STFU, along with his two amigos, Lindsey Graham and Kelly Ayotte. None of them ever met a war they didn't like.

Ukraine is a serious political issue. We do not need getting one's unqualified word in it. But that is the Republican's sort of...

It should be remembered that McCain interfered in Georgia as well, actually traveling there in 2008 and taking it upon himself to declare US support for Georgia against Russia. (He was running for president at the time.)

"We should immediately call a meeting of the North Atlantic Council to assess Georgia's security and review measures NATO can take to contribute to stabilizing this very dangerous situation."

Gee, what sort of "measures" that NATO, a military alliance, might be able to take?

McCain has never got over having to sit out "his" war in a POW camp so now he wants war in Syria, war (still) in Iraq, war in Iran, war in Ukraine, war any damn place he doesn't like.

With the overall instability of the so************************t paradise of Europes' economies I don't blame Merkel for being worried about more Russian sanctions.

As far as McCain, maybe if someone listened to him or Hillary ISIS would be a footnote.

You guys need to listen to his other partner in Ukrainian intervention, Soros.
