Yeah, that one came up earlier. The cop told Wingate that she had the whole thing on video. She said the same thing in court but a subsequent check of her tapes revealed nothing. This was after Wingate had already been convicted so they had to vacate the conviction.

The cop had been caught dead to rights so they "received counseling from her supervisor". She was never reassigned or suspended or anything but, after the racist Facebook post, she was assigned to desk duty.
