Interesting. Watched Franken on Charlie Rose last night. Hawking his book, but refreshingly open and honest, so very different than the current administration. He didn't mention this request, but did say he had a good relationship with Sessions when he was a senator; Sessions' wife even knitted a blankie for Al's grankid.

MOSCOW — Shifting from his previous blanket denials, President Vladimir V. Putin of Russia said on Thursday that “patriotically minded” private Russian hackers could have been involved in cyberattacks last year to help the presidential campaign of Donald J. Trump.

That's a new term, Russian Patriots. same as Putin henchmen? The levy seems to be starting to break. This sounds like Putin knows something about the FBI investigation and it is getting closer to home.

Putin is effective, extremely effective in his pursuits whereas Trump is an incompetent. Besides Putin can amass as many $Billions as he wants whereas Trump has to run $cams while not being very good at it.
