I'm glad they finally retired Chief Wahoo.

However I never heard of the Guardian Statues on that bridge when I lived in Vermilion for the first 25 years of my life.

I think they should have renamed them the Cleveland Hargroves, in honor of the Human Rain Delay lol.

I've been calling them the Guarindians. The name change is ticking some people off but hey, whatever the younger bunch wants.

I wear an Indians polo on Fridays during season, my wife is concerned I'll be seen as racist. :shrug: I'll end up replacing it with a Guardians shirt when it wears out.

The statues are the Guardians of Traffic. So, if you're ever having traffic issues, have we got the baseball team for you!
