U.S. Attorney General Holder, a close Obama ally, to step down

God or bad for the Obama administration? I have no opinion but do remember the days from when Nixon resigned, one of the political commentators bemoaning that "we will not have him to kick around". May be the same with Holder and the baggers. Mr. Obama will be losing a close political ally, officially any way.

Regarding Nixon, it was Dick himself who said to the press in 1960, "Well, you won't have Dick Nixon to kick around anymore." If only he had stayed true to his words.
