Most Qualified to be President
Forget party affiliation. Who do you think is the most qualified person to be President of the United States and why?
Your selection does not need to be a politician, just someone that has what you feel it takes to run the greatest country the world has ever known.

Warren Buffett. He doesn't have to kow tow to anyone. He has considerable experience as an executive, and he knows a truckload about economics. He for darn sure knows how to close a deal, something President Obama could use a little help with. I would probably disagree with him about many things, but I would think that he would have the necessary tools - more so than Ross Perot.
After her stint as Secretary of State, there's not much that Hillary Clinton could add to her resume to make her any more qualified for president than the currently is.
Al Gore - after all, he's been elected once already.
Regards,
D-Ray

Okay, seriously? She's already been mentioned. She may not be the best but she's certainly among the best.
Secretary Clinton.
In the interest of bipartisanship I'll toss in Chuck Hagel.

Here's one I really like, Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur (D-Ohio).
Saw her on t.v. arguing with some people at a "Town Hall Meeting".
She seems like a tough bird.

Isn't his success more to do with being frugal and patient?
I don't know if a country in 2010 can be approached similarly.
I also would be very concerned about his lack of experience in foreign policy.
