I have this print in my family room. It looks very much like the countryside around my house, particularly today with a fresh snow fall.

P.S., thanks for the snow picks. A good snow usually makes the world seem like a more peaceful place.

The Mighty BlueStreak does not venture out in weather such as this. That's what the old workhorse Dakota in the background is for.

Vandersteen 2Ce Signature. Abelour 12 Year Old Single Malt. Actually watching t.v. right now. "Sweeny Todd". Kinda fits a cold snowy day somehow.

So much for snowfall being peaceful!

Sondheim play or Burton/Depp movie?

Love the former, haven 't seen the latter.

Attend the tale of Sweeney Todd!
He served a dark and a vengeful God!
What happened then, well that's the play,
and he wouldn't want us to give it away...
Not Sweeney
Not Sweeney Todd
The demon barber of Fleet...
Street..

It was 6.3 when I got up at 6:00 and at 8:00 it had dropped to 3.7. I thought that when the sun came up it is supposed to warm things?

Nope. When the cloud cover goes away, the heat escapes and the temperature drops. I would think a Canadian would know this.
