Absolutely accurate assessment. Target innocent civilians and any any sympathy I might have for your situation is gone like a fart in a windstorm. Target citizens and your citizenry is gonna be, should be, targeted. Hamas and the Russians target citizens Ukrain and Israel...target their citizens. Nobody complained when the Germans and Japanese had their citizens targeted.
