Ohio 12th district special election is a nailbiter! As of 9:44 ET, about 85% of the vote has been counted, some 170,000 votes. Democrat O'Conner is ahead by 155 votes.

I expect the last votes in will be more rural precincts, and Balderson will win by a fraction of a percent. But the closeness says Dems will win a lot a coming contests more favorable to them than this red and rural Ohio district.

(Just checked for update and it bears me out. 89% now counted, Balderson now up by 31 votes.)
