I think so. Details still need to be worked out. It's now legal in Virginia too. The Republicans in Congress pushed back on legal weed in DC, so folks in town developed a loophole whereby shops (and delivery services) sell you digital music or something else of negligible value and give you weed as a gift.

I think there are now as many dispensaries in DC as there are in places where it's actually fully legal. Plus, in DC, if you're over 21, you can self-certify that you have a need for medical weed at the totally legit medical dispensaries.

The Republican Party “shit the bed so bad” on Tuesday night. That’s how one longtime GOP strategist who worked on several high-profile 2022 races put it just hours after midnight. The operative wasn’t alone in his misery: A total of 16 Republican strategists, grassroots activists, Donald Trump confidants, and elected officials began venting to Rolling Stone Tuesday night (some completely unprompted) about the party’s disappointment midterm results. The general sentiment: The GOP had historically botched the midterms, had good reason to panic, and should feel humiliated.

Rock and a hard place. If the party had ditched tRump he would have had his supporters stay home in protest. "How dare they dump me!" Stay with tRump and hope he doesn't take them down with him.

Cruz beat Biden? That does it. No cannabis for you!

Agreed. It was all or nothing and fortunately we now have a TFG.

I think Trump lost the election and Biden won by default in 2020. I have always been pro Biden, a truly decent guy who was very fortunate to have a certified Moron and crook for an opponent.

Now the question is should he be indicted will the party step away from tRump or stand behind him. I guess it all depends on if they think they need him for 2024.

I think the Dems need a stronger candidate for pres in 2024 and even before they announce who, start campaigning against MAGA now.

Yes,

The initiative will allow adults to grow up to two cannabis plants in their home, out of the public view, starting July 1.
No mention of a size limit on those two plants A savvy entrepreneur will start marketing home grow setups. Indoor hydroponics so the neighbors won't make pests of themselves. Just don't make yourself obvious like...
