State of Louisiana Commissioner of Motor Vehicles Stephen Campbell says his employees cannot take a DL photo of anyone portraying (yes, the moronic bureaucrat actually said "portraying") themselves to be someone they are not. Unbelievable.

The local news here in Chicago talked with the IL DMV and were told that they do not feel it's their business how somebody chooses to look. For once it's something good from here in Illinois.
