The 'probablies' and 'likely' are significant qualifications and the close is a contradiction in that it has been made public by the article.

It's true of any town I've ever lived in, (and I've lived in a town in Kentucky with population of <200) not just Chicago.

Are there no less desirable neighborhoods where you live?
