Fixed that for ya, Michael. It is working despite the best efforts of your party members in the House and the Senate. I don't just blame the radical Tea Party wing of the Republican party, I find the obstinacy of your whole party repugnant and more than a little self serving.

Good luck with your "rapey" and anti worker party in the upcoming elections, bro. You're gonna need it.

+7% unemployment may be advantageous to your line of business but for the rest of us? Not so much.

LOL! Speaking of melt down. By the way, the grammar was correct before you "fixed" it.

Easily amused, eh Mike? No comment about your HR biz benefiting from high unemployement? Why am I not surprised? Must be nice...

People frightened of unemployment during a slow moving economy are less apt to argue with management.

Is this not true?

You expect me to believe no one takes advantage of the situation?

Bullshit.

Stupid, uninformed comments like that require no response.

What does that have to do with HR, Dave? Especially businesses that have no HR dept?

Most HR folks I speak to are doing what they can to prepare for the anticipated labor shortage, by the way, including doing what they can to increase retention in positive ways (rather than the draconian scenario you described).

"Stupid", eh? I guess I'll just have to accept that as a compliment coming from the likes of you, Mike. Somebody piss in your cornflakes this morning?

What you do is incorrectly named.

This is H.R.
