Trying to contact old friend.

Hi,

Does anyone here know of the Nanyang Institute of Technology in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) in the early 1970's? It was run by a Mr. Tay Chin Tsay (sorry about the phonetic spelling). I knew him back in 1971 and would like to get in contact again if possible.

Can anyone help me?
