PS - I'm gonna tell y'all what I learned on the job about perps. As some have been saying here...ignore a perp and the the lack of attention will cause them to seek to satisfy their attention jones elsewhere. I have found that to be true in most cases. However, there is always the occasional perp that will never go away. That's sometimes a problem...particularly on a non-banning board. It is, IMO, the price those of us who prefer non-banning boards pay for our preference.

But there is a difference between holding different opinions and discussing them, and constantly repeating someone else's opinion, without a clue how to actually support it.
