Ebay and Paypal are one,You probably already know this if so, excuse me.
I think it odd that Ebay sends this notice and not Paypal since they are the money end.

I believe technically anything that is purchased anywhere is subject to your state sales tax, but since states don't have jurisdiction over other states, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay the tax from an out of state purchase.

The State of Kansas believes as you do. They nip me a bit each year at tax time.

Time's a coming folks, the end of paper money. Too hard for the feds to track/control.
Dave, glad you're OK.

It's coffee----thousands of pounds of it. It smolders rather than blaze, but it makes unbelievable amounts of very thick, acrid smoke. We were only able to run one line last night, but the rest will come on line later today. So, yeah, all is well again. Thanks.

I know and I HATE it. It's not just the government. It also allows the banks to tack fees onto every transaction as well. It's insane. Soon, you won't even be able to spend money without it costing you even more money.........EVER.
Think about how obscene that is.
Dave

I was having a conversation with my co-workers the other day about their idea that one should never pay cash. They put everything, including utilities on a rewards credit card. It does make a certain amount of sense. I was in the habit of using a debit card, but all that does is give the vendor access to my bank account. Now the lunches, stops at the grocery store, gasoline, etc all go on one credit card, and I make one big payment a month.

It's more than taxes and fees. It's 'we'll tell you how much money you have.'

It is just the cost of doing business, that is how i describe it.I do not know who's fault it is things have gotten so out of control. But the wealthy have made there move and it is a choke hold on anyone without means or the proud that want to live without handout's.
I just came from picking up some grocery's I had a couple good sell's on ebay my joy was soon squashed though,it seem's every time i go i get depressed and bitter.I actually started sobbing driving out of the parking lot with my marked down meats and damaged taped up dry good's.And even the markdowns go up with every visit.
It has come to a day to day exsistance because i just don't know what will happen next.the scare we had last month with the fed threatening to close up shop and cancel all disability ,401's ,and paying the troops(now that is dangerous ,messin' with a armed man's money)i really do not know anymore!!!

My econ teacher taught us this over 20 years ago. Put all things like grocereys and fuel on a CC as long as you can pay it off at the end of the month. His reasoning, "Why not use someone else's money for 30 days"
