It's hard for me to believe that so many people support her. It seems to me that this is the type of person who is able to make it in the world of politics thanks to Trump who worked at making racism more visible and acceptable.

Like they need help.

By looking the other way, thus in effect are allowing, approving of Nazi, Racist, or Violent Extremest. One will begin to wonder what if any evil has a threshold for them.

It is like the insurrection that the republicans are willing to turn a blind eye to. Really... turning a blind eye to the fact that a mob stormed the capitol and wanted to do you harm, that is what they are excusing.....
I used to think that there would be a moment in time when republicans would finally stand up and say, "this is enough" , but, now after all that has happened since the election, I fear they have sold their souls to the devil.

Thank the GOP long con for that. They've convinced their membership that anything, anything done in the name of republicanism is fine, OK and justified. Had the insurrection succeeded they would have believed tRump's actions justified and when tRump decided four more years weren't enough they'd be fine with that too.

Just hope the the Dems don't react like the GOP expects. Thinking the GOP are honorable and trustworthy, will clean house purging the vermin.

Instead will expose the evil beast the GOP has been feeding. Thinking they can control and exploit for power. Just look at 1933 and how well similar thinking worked for the Weimar Republic.

The Republican party fears any force or strength. Preys on the weak, seeing any act of kindness or compassion as such. Bullying intimidate in general.

The Dems need to be united and strong pushing back.

Fear all to soon or at least after I'm gone the GOP will be a scourge inflected upon the world. We the USA will become what our country fought against and many have died in the process over the years.

A country ruled by a racist evil corrupt few bent on control and subjugation. Climate change and over population Earth’s Dwindling Resources fueling the advancement of hate and Authoritarianism!!!

Back in the 70's there were a bunch of SF stories (by author David R, Bunch

) that dealt with a world he called Monderan. Basically the would was dominated by rich guys in fortified bunkers striving to get missiles and robots to send after the other rich guys in bunkers. The rest of the populace trying to somehow surviive in the dirt between fortresses was of no account. Looks more likely every year!
