Prob. not good for your blood pressure.

I never get the results I'm looking for when I wade in angry. Feels good for a few seconds and pisses people off, but usually doesn't achieve much more than that.

It can also do lasting damage to relationships.

Back to the car decision - my sister had a Mini, says it was very reliable - it was the Cooper S and a stick, so that's out.

Guy that works for me has a Prius - I've driven it around - his family has 3 of them. It has all the personality of a cardboard box and no pickup, but I'm leaning that way because of mileage and Toyota reliability.

Drove a Fiat 500 the other day - fun and the size I'd like for downtown, but at highway speed on the bridges it feels flimsy and almost cringes when a semi rolls by.

I rented a Ford Focus hatchback a while back and liked it - going to check out the Fiesta, too.

You still haven't tried the best of the bunch.

I'm going to - it's a little bigger than I'm looking for, same with the Prius and Focus, but I may have to go with that size.

A Mazda3 isn't exactly big. Excellent mileage though, along with decent performance and handling.

It's the only way you're going to avoid a car that "feels flimsy and almost cringes when a semi rolls by".
