This from a guy who says you don't workl you don't get paid and he blames it on the left. We have religious freedom here but when you accept a job that pays you for 8 hours you put in 8 hours

Suppose I say that I belong to the Church of the Hairy Baboon and my religion requires that I visit the baboons in the zoo twice a day, my employer should be required to pay me while I am off at the zoo. Give me a break.

Excellent. Now, the Teamsters need to bring those wages up a bit and get some benefits going.

I'm not sure you read this one carefully enough, Rob. Yes, they prayed on the clock, but they prayed during the contractual ten minute breaks in the morning and afternoon. They just spend the breaks praying instead of drinking coffee.

The grievance occurred when the company treated the ones praying differently than it did the ones drinking coffee. The supervisors told them that if they prayed, the would be sent home. Moreover, the company had a contract covering the terms and conditions of employment, and the disciplinary action took place as a result of a unilateral employer change. That is against the law.

Regards,

D-Ray

Where I read it they claimed they were going over the 10 minute break, but then I am not partial to muslims so that could have influenced my reading.

That is why I dread taking airplanes. Why so many Somali Muslims? Do these people speak English. Does anyone there understand WTF they are saying when they are praying?
