That was the most energy and passion I had seen from Obama for quite some time. The soaring rhetoric was reminiscent of '04 and '08. He has a legacy to work on.

Who was that other guy running for President...the one that had not answered a reporters question for the last 3 weeks? Half-time Football interview notwithstanding...

I really want to acknowledge that our friends who opposed President Obama have been gracious in their acceptance of the results. I don't expect to hear much from those whom we would not expect to be good sports.

Far more gracious than my local newspaper. There is not one word printed about the presidential election in it!

Would that be the Stockton Record? I don't recall it being very good 40 years ago. When I lived there, the SF Chronicle was what I read.
