One of U.S. President Donald Trump’s leading voter-fraud investigators was ruled in contempt of court for flouting a judge’s orders to ensure that voters in his home state weren’t misled ahead of the 2016 general election.

Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach, who was vice chairman of the election integrity commission that the Trump administration disbanded in January, was cited Wednesday by the chief federal judge in Kansas for a “history of noncompliance and disrespect” for the court’s decisions.

Giuliani is now part of Trump's defense team, only the best will do for Trump. Question remains, best at what? Being a sycophant?

Giuliani says he is joining Trump’s legal team to ‘negotiate an end’ to Mueller probe

Giuliani to negotiate with Mr. Muelle and that's a joke. Hey Giuliani, you might get investigated in the bargain.

Quote:
Former New York mayor Rudolph W. Giuliani, a combative former prosecutor and longtime ally of President Trump, told The Washington Post on Thursday that he has joined the president’s legal team dealing with the ongoing special counsel probe.

“I’m doing it because I hope we can negotiate an end to this for the good of the country and because I have high regard for the president and for Bob Mueller,” Giuliani said in an interview.

Trump counsel Jay Sekulow said Thursday in a statement that Giuliani is joining the team along with two former federal prosecutors, Jane Serene Raskin and Marty Raskin, a couple who jointly run a Florida-based law firm.

Guiliani has never been a defense counsel and hasn't been a prosecutor in 30 years. He's just another cranky geriatric blowhard who appealed to the Dotard on TV, just like a couple of other recent hires - Bolton and Kudlow.

Well, Kudlow got pushed back well and good after his 'she got confused' by Nikki Haley.

Washington (CNN) - One of embattled EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt's most trusted advisers sought to retroactively change her resignation date a day after the House oversight committee requested to interview her as part of its investigation.

Samantha Dravis, Pruitt's top policy adviser at the Environmental Protection Agency, is scheduled to depart the agency Friday. However, she called EPA officials on Tuesday morning to ask that her resignation date be backdated to the previous Thursday, April 12, two EPA officials, who requested anonymity because they were not authorized to publicly discuss the matter, told CNN.

Pruitt purchased home from lobbyist in 2003, using a shell company

Wonder if this will be reported by Fox "News"?

“This was a brutally unprofessional transition. This was a transition that didn’t vet people for this type of judgment issues. … If Mr. Pruitt’s going to go, it’s because he never should’ve been there in the first place.”

- Chris Christie on Trump's Cabinet Pick(s)
