It's bad, Tom. I have two years left on my farm here at 578.00 a month, and I bought it in 2002. But I see people paying 1k a month for an apartment they'll never own. It's sad to see how much it cost people to live, and what is sadder is when they do find a better paying job here, their rent goes up because rent is based on income in most of them. Hard to rise above when your head is being pushed back down for trying to better yourself. I'm thankful we bought this place when we did or we wouldn't afford it now.
