Seems to me that idea works a lot better in a comedy script than it does in real life.

This sort of seems like the same thing that Perry was indicted for in Texas, except he was going after prosecutors and using the threat of veto to coerce their actions. I cannot fathom that threatening to defund a state court in case they decided against the constitutionality of a law is legal. Maybe the idea is so crazy there is no law against it.

I disagree, it's society as in building a society we all can coexist, may be somewhat of an equal footing. Communism is what you get when fascists get into the act.

Let me ask you this, why is Communism good in China that we support to the tune of $400 billion+ in tax free trade annually? But we embargo Cuba.
