You were surrounded by those very same people before Trump and will still be surrounded by them after he's gone. Hang in there my friend.

The supreme court has just ruled that in pursuit of crime that a warrant is needed not only for inside a house but for the outer premises; e.g. drive way.

The ruling was 8 for, 1 against

It will be interesting if they rule on the use of invasive sensing technologies like penetrating radar from, say, the public street in front of a house.

Should the "law 'n order"/ "Don't tread on me" folks love this or hate this?

Both parties are for law and order, and don't tread on me is an American Revolution meme. I don't know who these folks are that your referencing. That being said, this Supreme Court ruling is another example countering your Nazification assertion.

Both are the same here, the Gadsden flag represents opposition to perceived Federal opression, the L&O basically white supremacy in a blue uniform. It's ok to raid the "other" to keep them in their place, and but keep your jackboots off my land!
Local white tyranny vs Federal "tyranny" (whether or not it enforces amendments other than the sacrosanct obsolesced second).
