Is that your personal opinion, or do you have some data to support this? Do you have a legitimate poll providing numbers from Registered Democrats that show the percentage of those who responded positively to the question:

"Are you currently in a panic over the current candidates for President in the 2020 election?"

If so...I'd appreciate a link.

Now I have some actual scary data. From Gallup three days ago, the Trump approval rating among Republican voters is a smidgen under 90%. I remember back in the Vietnam days how at odds I felt with the culture I inhabit. Fifty years later and it's even worse.

What this 5 cent cigar needs is a good country.

Wait a minute now, I may have a favorite or preferred and all. Yet when in November rolls around will not matter at all to me and all I know will be voting Democrat straight ticket.

To be honest, what is behind all of my uneasiness is the pathetic and infuriating nature of half of the country that I have to live with. Trump was not the rude awakening for me in November 2016, the rude awakening was just how many assholes we got living all across the fruited plain, from sea to shining sea.
