Well, whaddya know? Still no "intelligence officials" on record, still anonymous sources. And still no consensus that anyone was trying to tip the scales for Trump.

The NYTimes correctly reported that the CIA assessed that Russia tried to help Trump by hurting Hillary, but that there wasn't full consensus among the intelligence agencies on the motive. There was, however, no disagreement that Russia was trying to disrupt/influence the election. While doing so, however, they only targeted Hillary (with whom Putin had an axe to grind). I guess that somehow proves to you that they were somehow agnostic as to who won.
