Embattled Ukraine prime minister, Yatsenyuk, resigns.

Yatsenyuk, who recently survived a no-confidence vote, resigns. I guess the US nodged him, after the snub by the Dutch people and the reluctance of the IMF to release the 17b dollars.

Ukraine possible entry in the EU is spooking a lot of Europeans.

Many fear cheap labor invasions.

Plus a number of issues.

Fear of a recurring bailout...a country with powerful, armed, regional corrupt oligarchs.

A recognizance that a significant section of the country sees themselves as Russians/Russian sympathizers.

Russia is somewhat different.
It is largely crony capitalism under a strong central leadership. This gives a measure of stability.

Ukraine the oligarchs are decentralized, armed and powerful. A recipe for turmoil.

One Ukrainian Oligarch, Kolomoisky some months ago sent members of his militia to occupy the office of an energy company.

There is an ongoing fight over spoils. Knowledgeable Europeans know this and do not want to throw money and effort into that. But here comes the IMF; which means removal of basic subsidies and rampant privatization to benefit the Globalists.
More turmoil: because the powerful local boys will fight so as not to be sidelined.
