I don't know.

I can remember him showcasing the middle class cuts by cherry picking families that were in the sweet spot for breaks as examples. I can't remember when it was though. Might have been during the campaign, might have been after he was elected and trying to sell it.

I am still surprised that Jeb! actually released a tax plan as part of his campaign. If he is the nominee, his plan if going to get a lot more scrutiny and will be compared to Bush2's plan. Will not be easy to play it down.

Maybe it was an act of desperation on Jeb's part. Funders are wavering, he puts out the plan to show he is utterly COMMITTED to what they want.

Possibly, but he is less prepared for Washington than either Jimmy Carter, Ronald Reagan, or Barak Obama were.
His illusions coupled with his inexperience in politics would be an absolute disaster, and could lead to the creation of a fringe right shadow gov't with him as figurehead.
