Btw, the online remaster is pretty good if you'd like to hear it.

I suspect that Horowitz would be your fav.

A significant trait of his...not to be in a hurry.
Thanks for the link.

Btw, it appears that Horowitz was impressed with Tibaudet's Liszt.

The SQ here is much better, and the piece is a natural for Tibaudet. Always a delight, I can easily recommend this performance and recording.

Playback for these CDs has been via a Pioneer Elite DV45A, thru a Pass diy B-1 and 1995 version Muse One Hundred into the Advent 2 Econowaves. A very transparent unforgiving system, yet satisfyingly "musical". It gets one involved and shows everything in it's range.
Vow! I see you econowaved your advent 2. That good?

Maybe I should do the same to a pair of Boston Acoustics A60 doing service in my garage. Zilch did the same to his Bostons.

I have been picking up some CDs (mainly classical) locally for dollar each.
It appears people are getting rid of their CDs.

A Festival Of Handel:

Arrival Of The Queen Of Sheba

Concerto a Due Cori No 2
EMMA KIRBY - soprano

Tu Fedei? Tu Constante?

Water Music - Horn Suite in F Major

THE ACADEMY OF ANCIENT MUSIC
Christopher Hogwood
