In addition, the eyewitness testimony -- which I indicated from jump is typically woefully inaccurate -- that you've been using as the pillar for most of your apologism is being summarily negated as evidence is released.
1. The kid was a robber.
2. He felt entitled to his actions.
3. He didn't like being stopped.
4. He caused his own death.
That's what this distills to.
