I don't need to "throw mud" at the MSM. They do that all by themselves. Such a classy even they threw for themselves this weekend.

Actually, this one surprised me because Brokaw never seemed to be the "type"? Married forever to the same woman, didn't seem to hang out on the beltway social circuit, etc.

A couple things from his statement are bothersome:

- He does admit going to her hotel room. He states it was a meeting to discuss her job an mentor her. I've been travelling for business for over 30 years, and I would never, ever enter a female co-workers hotel room unless there were many other folks there. In his statement, he says in retrospect that he "should not have gone" to her room.

- He stated that he went to her apartment while in London, when she invited him there for a drink. He went. And while he states that she sat on one end of the couch and she on the other, he should not have gone. Why? If for no other reason, the potential appearance of impropriety that creates the opportunity for someone to do what Vester is doing now.
And you LOVE comments about you. But I must disappoint you, I intended no reference to you at all in the message of mine you quoted. My comment referred to Vester, and the people behind her.

Let me see if I have this straight. A little-known comedienne making raunchy jokes at an event skewering the very people sponsoring/attending that event is worthy of opprobrium, but a President who makes equally raunchy and tasteless remarks (praising Nazis, bragging about the size of his Johnson in a Presidential debate...) is something that should be overlooked or excused (or even praised for "telling it like it is")? I suppose one needs to be an unapologetic Trump lemming to view the world in this way.

The event is a celebration of the first amendment, something a brainwashed Limblow fool like Whell must find despicable.

Seems some people usually offended at lies & attacks on the media by Trump WH, today are offended a comedienne publicly calling out Trump WH on their lies & attacks on the media. But hey, fortunately in the Trump era, only politically-correct “snowflakes” should care about feelings.

1) Yes
2) No

See? That wasn't hard. Now back to the subject matter of the thread.

http://www.nydailynews.com/entertain...icle-1.3965720

A third woman has come forward to accuse longtime NBC News anchor Tom Brokaw of making an unwanted advance toward her early on in her journalism career.

Mary Reinholz claims in a new first-person testimonial that Brokaw, who was married at the time, attempted to kiss her inside her rented Los Angeles-area home 50 years ago after helping her with a story she was working on.
