1974 VW Beetle with 56 miles driven

This ’74 VW Beetle has Driven Just 56 Miles…Ever

https://www.yahoo.com/news/74-vw-bee...140005184.html

I owned a 1971 VW till the mid 80's but alas not a Beetle but a square back, lot less noisy (and fuel injected) and was mainly our camping vehicle.

My first VW was assembled in PA. FWD, manual, leaded gas and driving it was a gas.

My first was a 63 Beetle at 16, had four others. Even a 68 Autoshift and 74 SB at one time. Still own a Red 70 KG the wife and I bought in 77.

I had several bugs (68 and 72) and a 78 super beetle. good in snow but the only part of your body that is warm is your ankle closest to the vent.
