Xenophobia is never good. Hate is never good.

But here's the thing about Trump. He's the boss. He takes input from nobody. He even talks about this issue like a boss. He's "hiring" people to work for him. He isn't arranging for staff to consult with. Trump consults with nobody. You are either working for Trump or working against Trump. No consulting allowed. That is the limit of Trump's professional relationships. He's worse than Jobs. At least Jobs rarely sued anybody. Don't go along with everything Donald wants and he'll have you in court for the rest of your life. Or if you're Secretary of State, Defense, Health and Human Services, etc., and don't comply immediately..."you're fired."

And yet...nobody confronts him on this. Not the reporters, not the interviewers, not even his opponents in debate. It's unbelievable.
That's why putting someone in office who has ONLY had private sector experience isn't a very good idea. Anyone who has worked for large businesses knows they are oligarchical, top down, command and control in nature, not a Constitutional Republic and certainly nothing anywhere near a Democracy. When a corporation decides it no longer needs or wants people they simply get rid of them through firings/layoffs.

Tell me;

How do oligarchical governments historically rid a society of unwanted people they've decided are parasites?

No thanks.

My prediction.... Should Trump become president, we will see war on United States soil.
He is going to get in the face of some world leader that doesn't put up with that kind of crap and the fighting will begin.
Well...barbara, I'm a mental health guy. Personality Disorders "R" Us...y'know?

On another forum somebody suggested that he won't make any better choices in advisors than W made...Cheney, Rumsfeld, Wolfowitz, etc. But my point is that his choices don't matter. The only people Trump listens to are the lawyers. When it comes to input on running his business you're either agreeing with him or you're fired. If he were in the office it wouldn't be any different. He can hire the same pack of weasels W hired and he won't listen to them either. He's a blowhard...but when it comes to his personality he's dangerous. More so in the office he seeks dontcha think?

Yep and particularly somebody as arrogant and narcissistic as Trump. He nearly went fucking insane when he had to deal with Michael Forbes the Scottish farmer who threw a wrench into his mega golf/resort plans in Aberdeenshire. Just wait until Putin tells him to go fuck himself.

not sure why it's surprising nor why it matters?

and yeah, assembling the best at the appropriate time and place is MORE than adequate, it's , in fact, probably preferable.

Requiring a micro understanding of potentials for a job that is best suited to a macro thinker is self defeating IMHO.

Again, IMO if the job can actually be done at all anymore it requires somebody who can utilize input and actually delegate not only control, but authority. Donald has no such capacities.
